The app uses Gmail API with limited scope (gmail.send) to send emails on your behalf. We do not access, read, or store your email content.

4. Gmail API Compliance

Our use of the Gmail API complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our service (gmail.send scope).

You may NOT use ChatsPromo to:

• Send spam or bulk unsolicited emails to recipients who haven't opted in
• Distribute malware, viruses, or phishing content
• Violate any laws, regulations, or email marketing compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Infringe on intellectual property rights or copyrights
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients
• Attempt to bypass Gmail's sending limits or security measures
• Use the app for any illegal or fraudulent activities

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatsPromo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use the app at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatsPromo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
